Edward Ballo has studied the Toyota Production System (TPS) Concept and implemented lessons learned derived from the training. Edward has grown professionally because of the lessons that TPS espouses, including: respect for people and teams, giving the necessary support to the people working directly with the offering being generated and continuously reflect and improve in one’s work.
Edward has created visual work places that foster functional growth and efficiency. Edward has incorporated the Tiered Accountability system of reporting to his teams and functions. He has also led study groups, consisting of hourly and salaried employees, who learned the Toyota Production System and how it could be utilized and implemented at the site.
