Edward Ballo has been working since his early teens. Most of the first half of his working life has been following his leader’s instructions and adding valuable input where necessary. From the time Edward grew up working in agricultural fields in Iowa, to being an EHS director at a multinational corporation, he has endeavored to delight his leadership.
As Edward’s career started to mature, he began leading individuals, teams and programs which included domestic as well as overseas offices. One of his biggest challenges was leading executives, and General officers, during their Black Belt certification process. Although considerably “out ranked”, Edward focused on his soft skills of listening, using his background to make the leaders successful, making himself available to the leaders schedule and persuasion to keep the leaders concentrated on task completion.
Additionally, Edward has always prioritized doing what was right and doing things the right way, whether it was popular or not. Although Edward has a sound understanding of processes, his primary focus is on people and organizational culture and is seen throughout the services provided by e3s Consulting.
