Customer Touch: Lead a coaching program for multiple business leaders that are either new in business or new to the function. Leadership and followership are taught using the 14 Leadership Traits of the US Army and US Marine Corps. Employees use the 14 Leadership Traits when conducting daily business. Coach salaried employees using the Socratic method which assists the employee with learning about new, ambiguous, and sometimes complex thoughts. Coaching one on one and in a group forum which facilitates interpersonal searching and group discussions.
