Edward Ballo worked as a technician for a publicly owned power company. Edward focused on supporting a meteorological program that included Total Suspended Particulate (TSP) and Particulate Matter-10 (PM-10), pH, wind speed/wind direction, barometric pressure and precipitation measurements. The data was compiled and sent to the state to fulfill regulatory requirements.
Additionally, Edward also performed ichthyology studies along a major river in the US. Fish were captured to determine the count, species, length and weight. He coordinated endangered species and cultural resources project during the purchase of private property for a railway right-of-way.
