An Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Strategy
There was an emerging UAV market in which the company had an interest. The company had offerings that added value to UAV OEMs. This project used the Six Sigma growth tools to determine where the company needed to focus its energy in order to align the customer’s needs with the company’s benefits. Growth: $250 million.
An International Growth Workshop
The Growth workshop team conducted a workout that considered organic and acquisition growth opportunities throughout the world. The goal of the workout was to use Six Sigma Growth tools to determine the greatest value for the company and international customers, and to grow the Defense and Space business internationally from $1.1 billion to $2 billion.
