Monitor plating shops that use cyanide, hydrogen fluoride, chromium, cadmium, and copper. Removal of all mercury components within the business. Generate and incorporate heat stress program. Utilize ergonomic techniques when creating or optimizing a current or new process. Facilitate the purchase of ergonomic equipment. Create and update an Industrial Hygiene plan that addresses change management and monument concerns. Train employees in relevant Industrial Hygiene programs.
Occupational Clinic Management: Lead contracted on and off-site clinics relative to comprehensive occupational medicine programs and treatment. This includes contracting with occupational medicine companies, staffing the clinics with contracted staff, providing host site support for staff, case management, medical surveillance, and utilizing medical professional’s technical input when trouble shooting or designing new or existing processes.
3rd Party Occupational Medical Services: Work with commercial and governmental customers to determine their occupational medical concerns and needs. Discuss and provide customized offerings that provide onsite medical staffing, virtual medicine, medical directorship, clinic support, and mobile medical services. Most of the services are provided to customers in the US.
