Evaluate entire site, both internal and external to the building, to optimize sustainability to include energy efficiency, rainwater retention, CO2 reduction, parking lot size reduction and exercise paths.

Reduce property footprint by standardizing worker’s footprint and then moving locations. Interface with Corporate real estate firms to optimize the company’s position. Negotiate property upgrades based on long-term agreements.
