Teaching/Leadership: Perform both traditional and DFSS Greenbelt training for company personnel within various functions and enterprises within the business which entail both national and international locations. Mentor either an individual or a team using the suite of tools and concepts learned from training. Assist employees with generating their schedule, and extra help with difficult concepts pertaining to tool usage and/or motivational caused by competing priorities. Conduct monthly operating reviews with students and leadership to ensure schedule adherence and project results. All project savings are validated through the Finance department prior to beginning projects and certification.
